Communicating complex ideas, particularly in the scientific field, is not an easy task. For this reason, Nativo Calavera designed an animation for APACE^* with the objective of conveying the project’s core message in a clear and accessible way to a broad audience.

The piece combines 2D animation, 3D modeling and infographics with fully customized illustrations, all aligned with the project’s objectives. To enhance the experience, a naturally toned voice-over was integrated, accompanied by ambient music and sound effects.

The result was an audiovisual piece that successfully fulfilled its communicative purpose.

APACE^* is a project conceived to address a complex challenge, inspired by the self-sustainability of nature, with the objective of developing a laser capable of storing and distributing solar energy both on Earth and in space. This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101161312.
